Q: What do you need to know in order for us to be able to get service thru you.
A: We need the full name, Dates, Cemetery, and location in there.

Q: What if there is major problems like the Head or foot stones are sinking in to the ground, cracked or something else
A: With our cleaning and maintaining of the site we will notify you of anything that is of importance and can work with you to resolve it, this is done at a extra charge for any work needed.

Q: We are unable to get there for special days like birthdays, anniversaries that we would like something special done like flowers, a card or something put on it.
A: We offer that service because we know their are days that are special to you and your loved one and know that you may want something done special for those days.  Like putting flowers out, cleaning and washing the markers.  we offer this service and send you a picture so that you will know thru your email.

Q: How do I know it is being done?
A: This is answered very simply we care, and are very professional in our services and we will send a picture of before and after to you to show you how it looks

Q: With Memorial Day coming soon how long in advance do we have to contact you to so we can have the services done.
A: We start making our list of where we will be back in March but we are able to take some orders as late as April 15 to place or orders for flowers and memorials.

Q: My loved one was in the military but has not been getting a flag put on it, like other veterans.
A: Most cemeteries have groups like Boy Scouts, VFW, American Legion they put flags out for the Veterans but if the head stones and foot stones don't state that they had served then they get over looked.  We have several we handle that are the same and we put out flags, and either thru the VFW or American Legion we purchase the flag holder, at a extra cost.
